Paul came out around 11:00pm and diagnosed that we had a small electrical fire in our breaker panel. Though we had power company come out and we spent some time looking at it ourselves, no one had made this diagnosis before; still, Paul found the problem within minutes. He quickly made the situation safe, then came back the following day to replace the entire box. We compared his rates to average rates around the country, and feel very satisfied that he offers very fair pricing. Even better, he maintains a professional, friendly demeanor while doing quality work. We have already told all of our Facebook friends about our good experience!
